Reservation with Hotel Galápagos Islands
Our Policies:

The reservation must be guaranteed with 50% of the total stay value, and the remaining amount will be paid at the time of Check-In.

For the reservation, we accept cash deposit or bank transfer.

Proof of payment for the reservation must be sent via email or WhatsApp, it must be legible and include the reservation name. Otherwise, the hotel reserves the right to apply it as a guarantee payment.

All payments must be notified prior to your arrival and within a maximum of 12 hours after the reservation request.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not have payment or guarantee within this timeframe.

The remaining 50% payment at the time of Check-In can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, American Express credit cards, or in cash.

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Check-Out Time: Until 11:00 AM.
Changes or Reservation Cancellation:
Any changes or modifications to the reservation must be made with 4 days' advance notice and are subject to hotel availability. Any cancellation of the reservation must be made with 3 days' advance notice; otherwise, a 40% guarantee fee will be charged.
